Welcome to Horizon Bound Travel Co. By accessing our website, engaging our travel design services, or approving a custom itinerary, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Horizon Bound Travel Co. is a luxury travel design agency. We specialize in building highly customized itineraries, booking accommodations, resorts, theme park packages, and arranging access to major sporting events.

We act strictly as a booking agent for travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and event coordinators). We do not own or operate these third-party services.

2. Planning Fees & Deposits

  • Design/Retainer Fees: Certain custom itineraries for large groups (10+ rooms) may require a non-refundable professional planning fee before research and itinerary building begin. This fee covers our expertise and time and is not applied to the cost of travel.

  • Vendor Deposits: To secure bookings (luxury resorts, flights, event tickets), clients must provide deposits or pay for travel in advance as dictated by the specific third-party suppliers.

3. Payments & Booking via Third-Party Platforms

We utilize trusted third-party platforms, including the Fora travel platform, to securely process payments, manage details, and execute bookings. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and the affiliate platforms to process transactions with suppliers on your behalf.

All rates quoted are subject to change until a deposit is paid and booking is officially confirmed by the supplier.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

  • Supplier Policies: All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests are subject to the strict terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, event organizers).

  • No-Refund Policy on Tickets: Tickets for major sporting events, theme parks, or highly specialized tours are frequently 100% non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of purchase.

  • Agency Fees: Horizon Bound Travel Co., LLC reserves the right to charge an administrative change or cancellation fee separate from vendor penalties when booking large groups.

5. Travel Documentation and Insurance

  • Documentation: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports (valid for at least 6 months past the return date), necessary visas, health certificates, and entry permits required by their destination country.

  • Travel Insurance: Horizon Bound Travel Co., LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. This should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and baggage protection. Horizon Bound Travel Co., LLC is not liable for financial losses incurred due to a client’s refusal to purchase insurance. We can also book travel insurance if needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Bound Travel Co. acts in good faith to curate luxury experiences. However, we are not liable for:

  • Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party travel supplier.

  • Injury, loss, death, property damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, strikes, government restrictions, or sporting event cancellations/schedule changes.

  • Any price fluctuations or cancellations made directly by airlines or vendors.

7. Client Behavior and Compliance

Travelers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of all host countries, hotels, and venues (including theme parks and stadiums). Horizon Bound Travel Co., LLC reserves the right to decline or terminate service to any client whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unlawful, or incompatible with the safety and comfort of others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
